Routine Appointments
If you need a GP appointment please call 0121 478 1850 to speak with one of our team Monday – Friday between 8:30 am to 10:30 am or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm where one of our team will be able to arrange the most appropriate route of care for you.
Please note you may be asked some questions before being transferred to our GP Line to ensure that we are offering you the most appropriate service.
We offer a same day service for all GP appointments. The patient must be available to attend on the same morning or afternoon that you are calling, should the need arise for a face to face appointment for the doctor to assess your condition.
If you are not able to call during these times, please ask one of our reception team about our out of hours GP appointments.
Please remember that Mondays are always extremely busy so if your issue is not urgent, please call later in the week.
Our routine nursing appointments are available to book online.
Our system for requesting routine appointments is changing from Monday22nd September 2025 select an option below to find out more.
Your Appointment
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the care and support you need. That’s why we offer consultations in different ways, so you can choose what suits you best:
- By phone – a quick and convenient way to speak to us without needing to travel.
- Face to face at the surgery – especially helpful when a physical examination is needed.
- By text or email – a flexible option that can often save you time.
Many people find that phone, text, or email consultations are more flexible and mean they can get help sooner. But if you’d rather come in and see us, that’s always available too.
Whatever works best for you, we’ll do our best to make sure you get the right advice, care, and support. Please note, though, that whatever option you choose, the GP may sometimes decide on a different type of consultation based on your clinical needs.
