Protect yourself and your baby – get vaccinated this winter

If you’re pregnant, you’re eligible for free flu, RSV, and whooping cough vaccines through the NHS.
These vaccines help protect both you and your baby from serious illnesses during pregnancy and after birth:
- Flu and RSV vaccines protect against respiratory infections that can cause complications during pregnancy.
- The whooping cough vaccine protects your baby in their first few weeks of life, before they are old enough to be vaccinated.
It is vital that pregnant women receive their vaccines at the right time – ideally between 20 and 32 weeks of pregnancy – to ensure the best protection for both mother and baby.
Getting vaccinated is safe, quick, and one of the best ways to keep you and your baby healthy.
You can book your vaccines with us – please speak to one of our team to arrange your appointment.
